Traveling Superintendent

Job Description
As a Traveling Superintendent, you will:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through completion.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Coordinate project schedules and ensure milestone achievement.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct daily site meetings and progress reviews.
- Partner with project managers, owners, architects, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively.
- Manage site logistics, sequencing, and project coordination.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Ensure successful project delivery while minimizing disruption to facility operations.
The successful candidate will possess:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
- Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working in occupied healthcare environments.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, safety, and quality control.
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- OSHA certification preferred.
