Superintendent

The Superintendent will report to senior leadership and oversee on-site operations for ground-up construction projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Lead all field operations from preconstruction through project completion
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and job site personnel
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance
Drive project schedules and proactively mitigate delays
Coordinate with project management and clients to ensure expectations are met
Maintain high-quality standards across all phases of construction
Provide clear reporting and communication to leadership

For the Superintendent role, we are seeking:

3+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects
Proven ability to "hit the ground running" with minimal ramp-up time
Experience across mixed commercial sectors (multifamily and/or municipal projects highly preferred)
Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to travel regionally as needed for project work
Based locally or willing to be located within the Southeast region
