Train and support our donation center teams. As an ADC Trainer, you'll train ADC team members at sites across our territory. You'll be accountable for each site's image, customer service, stewardship of donations, and the accuracy of donor counts.ResponsibilitiesTrain and coach ADC team members, and help complete on-the-job training and orientation checklistsVisit ADC sites regularly to inspect image, attendant attire, supplies, equipment, donor greeting, loss prevention, and schedulesOpen and close ADCs as needed, report attendant absences, assign duties, and run site operationsGreet donors within 10 seconds, unload donations, keep accurate daily counts, and hand every donor a receiptBreak down donations into categoriesKeep drive-through and trailer sites up to image standards, and order and secure suppliesDeliver and pick up ADC trailers to and from homes or businessesHelp with sustainability projects (Cleveland Rocks/Rags/scan books) as neededTell leadership about opportunities at each site, and help ADC peers as requestedHelp the supervisor with safety practices, incident reporting, site inspections, reports, and performance feedback and recognitionEnd every donor interaction with "You changed a life today, Thank you!"QualificationsAble to build strong working relationships with team members, donors, and traineesPositive, friendly attitude and a neat, well-groomed appearanceAble to problem-solve and make decisions independentlyAble to read, write, communicate, and do basic mathAble to use email, word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer applicationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredValid driver's license, appropriate insurance, and your own reliable transportation to travel throughout the Goodwill territoryBenefitsDaily PayGenerous paid time offRetirement planning with company matchEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee discountEmployees who work full-time are also eligible for:Medical, dental, & vision benefits at a fraction of the premium costShort-term and long-term disability insurance at no costLife insurance at no costPaid holidaysTo apply: Visit our website (getagoodwilljob.com) to apply!Goodwill is an equal opportunity employer.
