The purpose of the Operator is to carry out all production activities and quality checks relative to the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately observe, measure and record product characteristics as noted on inspection plans and process sheets.
* Act properly and timely when out of control conditions or nonconforming product is detected.
* Effectively communicate job related information.
Basic Responsibilities:
* Maintain a clean safe, and organized work area.
* Perform other duties as required.
Competency Requirements:
* Understand process sheets used in the operation.
* Understand the use of the SPC programs.
* Understand and follow internal quality policy and job related procedures.
* Proficient at use of measuring equipment.
