We’re looking for a Sous Chef who leads with respect, cooks with real passion, and holds the line on quality when the pace picks up.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Executive Chef to run kitchen operations and uphold the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Supervise the kitchen through prep and service, expediting for speed and accuracy
• Make sure every dish is prepared and served to recipe, portioning, and plating standards
• Handle daily inventory and purchasing, and verify deliveries for count and condition
• Control food and labor costs and keep waste to a minimum
• Keep equipment clean and in excellent working order
• Build a respectful, collaborative kitchen culture and communicate clearly with BOH, FOH, and management
• Solve kitchen challenges quickly and maintain full compliance with health and safety regulations

What You Bring

• 2+ years as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
• A proven record of culinary excellence and strong leadership
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to stay composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Valid food handler’s certification
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
