About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sous Chef to help lead our culinary team. You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef to keep kitchen operations running smoothly—from food prep and service to inventory and quality control.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations in collaboration with the Executive Chef
  • Manage and mentor line cooks and prep staff, leading by example
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and timing during service
  • Coordinate prep and execution for a busy, fast-paced kitchen
  • Monitor and manage food waste and inventory
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and inspiring kitchen environment
  • Support a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning
 What We’re Looking For
  • Prior experience in a Sous Chef or kitchen leadership role
  • Strong background in high-volume cooking
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for developing young culinary talent
  • Dedication to food safety and ServeSafe or Food Handler’s certification (required)
  • A calm, positive presence under pressure and a team-first attitude
