A luxury dining destination in New York City is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join its culinary leadership team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a chef who thrives in an upscale, high standard kitchen focused on exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in leading daily kitchen operations
Maintain the highest culinary and sanitation standards
Train and develop kitchen team members
Support menu execution and quality control
Work closely with Executive Chef and culinary leadership
Qualifications
Previous Sous Chef experience in upscale or luxury dining
Strong leadership abilities
Experience with high volume fine dining kitchens
Candidates with omakase experience are especially encouraged to apply
Local candidates preferred
Compensation
$80,000 to $85,000
