    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily back-of-house operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality
    • Work hands-on with the kitchen team, leading by example during service
    • Support the Executive Chef in menu execution, prep, and service standards
    • Ensure all dishes meet presentation, taste, and quality expectations
    • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance
    • Assist with inventory control, ordering, and minimizing food waste
    • Train, coach, and motivate kitchen staff to perform at their best
