Position Summary:
The Sourcing Specialist serves as the primary liaison between the internal sales team, customer service, and suppliers to facilitate the acquisition of non-stock and custom orders. This role ensures that procurement processes align with the division's objectives for profitability and customer satisfaction. The specialist will leverage strong communication and negotiation skills to foster relationships with key stakeholders and ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing solutions.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
Language Ability
Read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents. Respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, agencies or members of the business community.
Mathematical Ability
Work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
