About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a results-driven Sourcing Specialist to support talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for professional and management-level positions.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers, the Sourcing Specialist will use online recruiting platforms, talent market research, and proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified talent, strengthen candidate pipelines, and support current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Sources and attracts qualified candidates for professional and management-level positions.
- Builds and maintains talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Partners with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Conducts talent market research to identify candidate availability, industry trends, and effective sourcing channels.
- Utilizes LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, Workday, and other recruiting platforms to identify qualified candidates.
- Refers qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists for further consideration.
NOTE: Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be considered for this position.
Job Type: 6 months Contract, with the possibility of extension or permanent conversion.

Work Set Up/Schedule: Onsite at Tulsa, OK 74119 (Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Five years of corporate recruitment and placement experience supporting professional and management-level exempt positions.
- At least three years of experience working with electronic applicant tracking systems and internet-based recruiting sources.
- Valid driver's license. (Approximately 10% travel may be necessary to visit other company facilities.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and other online candidate sourcing databases.
