We’re hiring an Entry-Level Recruiter and do not require prior recruiting experience. This role is a strong fit for individuals who have experience in both customer service and manufacturing or production environments and are ready to apply those skills in a structured, high-volume recruiting role.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to candidates through phone, text, email, and job platforms
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound candidate communication
- Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications, availability, and fit
- Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps in the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS
- Follow up with candidates to keep the hiring process moving efficiently
- Meet weekly activity and hiring goals in a structured recruiting environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in BOTH customer service AND manufacturing/production environments (required)
- Comfortable speaking with candidates throughout the day (high call volume)
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities at once
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectively
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, first shift
- In-office role supporting multiple locations (Oconomowoc, Fort Atkinson, Watertown)
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
