The Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role in executing the university's strategic sourcing roadmap. This role drives value and supports institutional goals through the development, negotiation, and administration of supplier contracts. They lead sourcing initiatives, manages the full contract lifecycle, develops and negotiates RFx events, and ensures contracts are aligned with stakeholder needs and university compliance standards. The Sourcing Specialist also addresses supplier performance issues and contractual non-compliance to protect the university's interests.

These reports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
