Sourcing Specialist/ Buyer- #26-19509

12 months contract
Hybrid- 3 days/week onsite
Key Responsibilities

• Navigate multiple Oracle screens and modules daily, including Oracle OSCAR and Oracle PASCAL.
• Perform hands-on Buyer-side activities within Oracle.
• Understand information flow and Buyer workflows rather than simply entering data.
• Manage high volume and complexity simultaneously.
• Maintain strong situational awareness while managing multiple priorities.
• Support sourcing, purchasing, repair, service, and maintenance-related requirements.
• Manage urgent parts, expediting, and short-cycle-time requirements where applicable.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate and detailed information across systems.
• Prioritize work effectively in a high-communication-load environment.

 
Required Qualifications
Must haves

• Oracle OSCAR and Oracle PASCAL are MUST haves.
• Hands-on Buyer-side use of Oracle, not just exposure.
• Comfort navigating multiple modules/screens.
• Strong understanding of Buyer workflows and system navigation logic.
