JOB TITLE: Sourcing Recruiter I

CONTRACT LENGTH: 6 months, potential to extend based on performance and team budget

LOCATION: 5 days/week onsite in Seattle, WA

PARKING: Paid by contractor as an out-of-pocket expense

BUSINESS HOURS: 40hr/wk, Mon-Fri, core hours (9a-5p, but flexible), no holiday, potential for 5hrs of OT (as needed)

BUSINESS GROUP: Sourcing Recruiter team supporting clients pharmacy

Job Description:

As a member of the Pharmacy team, you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to hire the talent that powers our mission to make medication access simpler, more affordable, and more convenient for customers nationwide. This spans across pharmacy leadership, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, and customer care hiring.

You will own searches across multiple business lines, implement creative sourcing strategies to solve hiring challenges, and develop strong candidate pipelines through proactive market research and relationship building. You will have autonomy and ownership over all things top of funnel, including developing and driving talent strategy, using data to continuously improve, and partnering with your recruiting business partners to identify the right talent.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
  • Conduct initial phone screens, set expectations about the particular role and process, and effectively position clients pharmacy mission and culture to prospective talent.
  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within clients mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
  • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
  • Possess strong ability to screen and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a strong candidate pipeline.

PEOPLE WHO WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Someone who is diligent, quick actioning, detail oriented, organized.
  • Recruiting in non-tech and healthcare is preferred
  • Has proven experience owning 20-30 reqs at a time
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and call applicants. Be able to pivot to look at each states regulations

KPIs:

  • Strict timelines on deliverables. Compliance and legalities for pharmacies
  • High volume on resume: owning 20-30 reqs at a time

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
  • Bachelors degree, or 2+ years of full-time at client
  • Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
  • Experience managing candidates through recruitment lifecycles; from reach-out, assessment, preparation, negotiation and closing.
  • Healthcare or pharmacy recruiting experience
