Pay Rate: $50/hour W2
Desired Start Date: 11/9/2026
Contract Length: 6 months (Extension possible based on performance, attendance, and business needs)

Job Overview
MetLife is seeking a Global Procurement Systems Consultant to support and optimize enterprise procurement and contingent workforce platforms, including Beeline, Zip, Aravo, and Ariba. The role focuses on system administration, issue resolution, enhancements, integrations, data integrity, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer procurement and workforce management systems and resolve complex issues.
- Support system enhancements, UAT testing, integrations, and process improvements.
- Maintain data quality, compliance controls, and system documentation.
- Support contingent workforce onboarding, transfers, extensions, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with Procurement, HR, IT, Security, and vendors.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting procurement, workforce management, or related enterprise systems.
- Experience with UAT, system enhancements, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- 2+ years of experience as a Beeline Client Administrator.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, and data governance.
- Familiarity with Beeline, Ariba, Zip, Aravo, or similar SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted tools and automation.
