Sourcing Associate will execute intermediate and complex sourcing projects from start to finish, including but not limited to sourcing request validation per LinkedIn guidelines, requirements analysis for bid packages, communicating with LinkedIn requesters to close data gaps, preparing and publishing packages to identified suppliers for bidding purposes, following up with suppliers to ensure adequate participation, and summarizing proposals back to the requestor. 1-3 years of experience managing intermediate-sized programs related to Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), including but not limited to communicating with stakeholders and participants in business reviews, organizing Supplier Business Review (SBR) meetings, developing slides and reports for meetings, and gathering scorecard results.
