Position Summary:
The Sourcing Manager, Packaging is a key role in the North American Packaging Spend area and works collaboratively with various stakeholder groups across Canada and the US, including Packaging Technology, Operations, Quality, Finance and Marketing to create and implement strategic sourcing strategies, and productivity and innovation projects. You will provide procurement leadership, support and expertise in the areas of supplier negotiations and contract development for North America. In addition to supporting functional initiatives from a procurement perspective, you will also act as project-leader for cost-savings initiatives on behalf of the organizations, targeting annual cost reduction.
