Sourcing Manager

**Roles & Responsibilities**

- Cultivate and manage strategic vendor relationships, driving success across various apparel categories.
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Production throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Expertly negotiate pricing, production schedules, and capacities with global manufacturing partners.
- Diligently oversee production timelines, proactively resolving any issues to ensure punctual delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of factory performance, fostering ongoing enhancements in quality, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, resourceful sourcing opportunities, and global production capabilities.
- Ensure all products adhere to rigorous quality and compliance standards.

**Required Experience & Skills**

- Over 8 years of experience in the apparel procurement sector.
- Proven track record in supplying mass-market apparel retailers.
- In-depth understanding of apparel production, sourcing, and logistics.
- Hands-on experience with international manufacturing partners.
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and organization.
- Proficiency in juggling multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
