Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Transportation & Logistics Sourcing Manager to support transportation procurement and carrier management initiatives. This role will lead sourcing activities, negotiate carrier agreements, analyze transportation spend, and drive cost and service improvements across multiple transportation modes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in transportation procurement, carrier negotiations, logistics operations, and supply chain strategy, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams. 

Job Duties: 

• Lead transportation sourcing activities across TL, LTL, Parcel, Intermodal, Ocean, and Air.
• Manage carrier selection, sourcing events, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Analyze transportation spend and identify cost savings opportunities.
• Monitor carrier performance, service levels, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to support transportation initiatives.
• Maintain transportation contracts, rate structures, and sourcing documentation.

Qualifications: 

• Must have Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in transportation sourcing, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience with carrier negotiations, contract management, and transportation procurement.
• Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing spend, market, and performance data
• Experience with TMS, ERP, or transportation analytics tools preferred.
