Position Summary Roxbury Community College (RCC) seeks a mission-driven, analytical, and strategic Sourcing & Auxiliary Services Manager to support the Colleges financial sustainability, operational excellence, and compliance framework.

Reporting to the Director of Finance Planning & Analysis, this position provides leadership and oversight for the Colleges sourcing and auxiliary services, including procurement, contract management, and vendor relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities • Provide leadership and oversight for the Colleges sourcing and auxiliary services • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and College policies • Manage vendor relationships and contract administration • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve College goals

Requirements • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or related field • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
