Strong experience leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools and technologies is required, along with the ability to identify, engage, and attract qualified talent through innovative sourcing strategies. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for: Developing creative strategies to secure top-tiered talent utilizing prior experience with successful tools and channels.

Our Client, a Cybersecurity and Cloud Services company, is looking for a Sourcer for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Implement advanced sourcing techniques to build and develop the talent pipeline supporting the recruiters and partner with stakeholders.
• Have the opportunity to participate and collaborate with Sourcers to share and learn sourcing techniques.
• As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for:
• Developing creative strategies to secure top-tiered talent utilizing prior experience with successful tools and channels
• Partnering with stakeholders to build and execute strategies to convert passive talent into a strategic pipeline talent
• Ensuring robust talent mapping across the market landscape for all niche requirements
• Developing relationships with candidates, understand their interests and provide a great candidate experience
• Connecting with top talent and build a talent pipeline for critical roles and reduce time to hire
• Working closely with cross functional teams to develop an innovative project strategy for talent sourcing team

 
Requirements:

• Have 3+ years of talent sourcing experience within technology sector
• Have passion to create proactive candidate attraction techniques
• Experience in creating & using AI search techniques and/or complex boolean search strings
• Experience in developing social media sourcing and branding strategies to attract top talent
• Have experience in the talent landscape researching and presenting it to the stakeholders
• Be passionate about partnering and providing world class candidate experience
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Junior-level opportunity ideally suited for candidates with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• The successful candidate will be adaptable, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Strong experience leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools and technologies is required, along with the ability to identify, engage, and attract qualified talent through innovative sourcing strategies.
