Penmac Staffing is hiring a Sorter/Packaging Associate for a manufacturing client in Springfield, MO. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working in a production environment. In this role, you will inspect and sort bottles to ensure products meet quality standards before packaging and shipment. If you have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in producing quality work, this could be the position for you.Requirements

- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Previous manufacturing, packaging, production, or quality control experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Inspect bottles for defects and quality concerns
- Sort products according to established quality standards
- Package products for shipment and distribution
- Remove defective products from the production process
- Maintain production and quality records as required
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Schedule and Pay
- Full-time
- 8:00 a.m. to 8:15 p.m.
- Rotating schedule with varying weekly hours
- 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next
- Pay: $16.00 per hour
