- Sort, inspect, and categorize 10-pound mats according to quality standards and customer specifications.
- Lift, carry, stack, and organize mats weighing up to 10 pounds throughout the shift.
- Inspect mats for defects, damage, or inconsistencies and report any issues to a supervisor.
- Separate, bundle, and prepare mats for packaging, shipment, or storage.
- Maintain accurate counts of sorted materials and completed work.
- Label, package, and stage mats in designated areas.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions.
- Perform repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching throughout the workday.
- Meet productivity and quality expectations while working independently or as part of a team.
- Assist with other warehouse, production, and material-handling duties as assigned.
