    Description

    • Machine Operation: Start, stop, and monitor automated or manual sorting equipment. Feed or load parts into machine hoppers and conveyors. 
    • Quality Inspection: Examine parts for cracks, misalignments, or defects using visual checks or basic measuring tools like gauges and calipers. 
    • Sorting & Categorization: Separate good items from rejected or nonconforming items based on strict company specifications. 
    • Maintenance & Cleanliness: Perform basic adjustments or clearing of jams on equipment. Keep the work area clean and free of debris. 
    • Documentation: Record production counts, defect types, and operational logs accurately
    • Experience: Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience is often preferred.
      • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long shifts, perform repetitive motions, and lift materials (frequently up to 25–50 lbs).
