    Sonographer – Nights or Evenings



    Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sonographer to join our imaging team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing a wide range of ultrasound exams—including general, vascular, OB/GYN, and pediatric—and will thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.     Responsibilities:

    • Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations across multiple modalities (General, Vascular, OB/GYN, and Pediatric)
    • Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to provide accurate diagnostic information
    • Ensure patient comfort and safety during all procedures
    • Maintain imaging equipment and ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
    • Accurately document and communicate results within established protocols
    • Contribute to a positive and efficient departmental workflow



    Qualifications:

    • Education: Associate Degree required
    • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care Sonography experience required
    • Certifications:
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) – must be obtained within 30 days of hire
    • (RVT) Registered Vascular Technologist or (RVS) Registered Vascular Specialist – must be obtained within 1 year of hire

    Ideal candidates are confident across a variety of exams and eager to contribute to a family-oriented, collaborative imaging team.



    Position Details:

    • Available Shifts:
    • Nights (Mon–Thurs)
    • Evenings (Mon–Thurs)
    • (Exact hours will be discussed during the interview process)
    • Hospital Size: 238 beds, including a 45-bed Emergency Department
    • Team Size: 7.71 FTEs
    • Environment: Supportive, patient-focused imaging department with a strong team culture



    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Salary Range:
    • $29.56/hr – $35.47/hr (5–6 years of experience)
    • Up to $40.65/hr (10+ years of experience)
    • Shift Differentials:
    • Evenings: +$2.00/hr
    • Nights: +$3.00/hr
    • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
    • Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
