Job Description:
Lead end-to-end production of enterprise-focused video content that translates complex technical solutions into clear, engaging narratives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Direct and produce solution launch videos, product demos, webinars, and live sessions
  • Own projects from concept through final delivery, including narrative development
  • Partner with product and content marketing to identify and translate use cases into video
  • Lead live webinars and virtual events, including run-of-show and speaker direction
  • Collaborate with editors, motion designers, and external production vendors
  • Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production workflows
  • Develop creative briefs, production plans, and content libraries
  • Ensure high-quality output under tight timelines and fast-paced launches

Requirements:

Must-Haves:
  • 6 years of video production experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing technical or B2B video storytelling
  • Experience producing webinars, live events, and enterprise content
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging visuals
  • Experience managing vendors and full production lifecycle
  • Strong collaboration skills with marketing and product teams
  • Hands-on post-production experience (editing, motion graphics, sound)
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Background in B2B tech, SaaS, or AI industries
  • Experience with product walkthroughs, tutorials, or technical demos
  • Familiarity with enterprise buyer journeys and adoption cycles
  • Experience with screen capture and UI-focused video production
  • Knowledge of content marketing strategy and demand generation
  • Experience supporting launches, conferences, or industry events
