Job Description:
Lead end-to-end production of enterprise-focused video content that translates complex technical solutions into clear, engaging narratives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Direct and produce solution launch videos, product demos, webinars, and live sessions
- Own projects from concept through final delivery, including narrative development
- Partner with product and content marketing to identify and translate use cases into video
- Lead live webinars and virtual events, including run-of-show and speaker direction
- Collaborate with editors, motion designers, and external production vendors
- Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production workflows
- Develop creative briefs, production plans, and content libraries
- Ensure high-quality output under tight timelines and fast-paced launches
Requirements:
Must-Haves:- 6 years of video production experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing technical or B2B video storytelling
- Experience producing webinars, live events, and enterprise content
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging visuals
- Experience managing vendors and full production lifecycle
- Strong collaboration skills with marketing and product teams
- Hands-on post-production experience (editing, motion graphics, sound)
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
Nice-to-Haves:- Background in B2B tech, SaaS, or AI industries
- Experience with product walkthroughs, tutorials, or technical demos
- Familiarity with enterprise buyer journeys and adoption cycles
- Experience with screen capture and UI-focused video production
- Knowledge of content marketing strategy and demand generation
- Experience supporting launches, conferences, or industry events
