    Solutions Engineer

Please reference the attached Solutions Engineer Job Description for the complete role requirements.

    Role Overview

We're looking for experienced Solutions Engineers who excel in technical project delivery within an MSP or consulting environment. These individuals will execute against existing Statements of Work under the direction of an assigned Project Manager. This is a delivery-focused role—not one centered on discovery, presales, or solution architecture.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

Successful candidates will have experience with:

Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, including security, Conditional Access, licensing, and legacy authentication remediation.
Windows Server environments (on-premises and hybrid).
Enterprise networking, including Cisco (Firepower/FTD preferred), Fortinet, or comparable firewall technologies.
    Infrastructure remediation and greenfield deployments.
Delivering projects from established designs rather than creating the technical architecture.
MSP or IT consulting experience supporting client-facing project implementations.

Additional strengths include VMware, ConnectWise (or similar PSA), and hands-on security implementation experience such as endpoint deployments, SPF/DNS updates, and backup/disaster recovery solutions.

The ideal consultant is someone who follows project plans well, communicates proactively, escalates blockers early, documents their work thoroughly, and collaborates effectively with Project Managers throughout delivery.

There is no location requirement for this position. However, candidates should be willing to travel occasionally for customer implementations, which may require commercial air travel and overnight stays.
