Eleven Recruiting is partnering with a nationally recognized, prestigious law firm to hire a Solutions Engineer for its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize enterprise technology solutions that improve business operations and drive innovation. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges through application development, automation, integrations, and process improvement.
The Solutions Engineer will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SQL, Azure Data Lake, and enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:-
Design and implement enterprise applications, workflows, automations, and integrations.

Build and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

Develop and support APIs, data flows, SQL-based solutions, and system integrations.

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver technology solutions.

Support testing, deployments, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:-
5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Systems Engineering, Application Development, or a related role.

Strong experience with Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SQL.

Background designing enterprise solutions and integrating business systems.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Ability to work directly with business users and translate needs into technical solutions.
Salary: $125,000 - $145,000
