Title: Solutions Architect (Mandarin)
Location: Remote
Work Schedule: Candidates must be able to work hours aligned with China Standard Time business hours
- 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PDT for candidates located on West Coast
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM HST for candidates located in Hawaii
Duration: 12 month contract, extensions up to 30 months/conversion to FTE possible
Compensation: $80/hr - $90/hr
SUMMARYAs a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with international customers, partners, and internal cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance and implementation support for our client's managed accounts platform. You will partner with some of their largest business customers to help them successfully adopt and integrate the Managed Accounts platform into their existing identity and access management environments.
In this customer-facing role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle, helping customers navigate identity integrations, troubleshoot technical challenges, and accelerate adoption. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback, improve the product experience, and help scale implementation best practices across their global business group.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in identity and enterprise architecture with excellent customer communication skills and a passion for solving complex integration challenges.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Become a technical subject matter expert on the Managed Accounts platform, enterprise identity architecture, and integration components.
- Engage customers and Channel partners to understand their business objectives and demonstrate the value proposition of Managed Accounts solutions, delivering customer pre-sales technical engagements
- Guide our customers and Channel partners implementations and technical growth, identify key system architecture components, propose and help clients build solutions that unblock deployments
- Build strong technical relationships with existing customers and drive growth and adoption of access management products
- Identify technical blockers and provide hands-on troubleshooting to drive successful deployments
- Create documentation and develop best practices to help both the client and customers
- Engage with business, product, and engineering teams to drive the success of products by providing customer feedback
- Flexibility to travel up to 5% as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin
- 5+ years experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant or Partner/Sales/Solutions Engineer
- Experience communicating to technical and business audiences
- Knowledge of the enterprise software space and I.T. management areas
- Experience with identity, provisioning, security, networking and other aspects of successful software and hardware deployments in Enterprise environments including identity management systems (IDM/IAM, user management, authentication, SSO and SCIM solutions)
- Knowledge of the web technology stack and supporting technologies (protocols, APIs)
- Experience partnering with clients during M&A transitions to conduct IAM solution discovery, demos, onboarding sessions, etc.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with SaaS solutions
- Previous work experience with identity providers/companies of interest: Microsoft, Okta, Onelogin, Ping Identity, IBM, Oracle
