Job Summary
The Solution Architect plays a key role in Carhartts solution delivery by translating complex, cross-functional business requirements into a technical architectural roadmap. This role is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive technology solutions that address specific business needs. They serve as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure solutions meet organizational goals. With a deep understanding of various technologies, the solution architect works closely with stakeholders, technology experts, and shared services teams to create a cohesive and efficient system that meets the needs of the business and supports the growth and evolution into the future.

Associate Responsibilities
Required Education
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 10 years of IT experience inclusive of:
2 years in a senior-level role
4+ years' experience integrations with ERP systems, SAP preferred
2+ years' experience Global Ecommerce (SAP Commerce preferred)
2+ years' experience consumer-facing omni-channel technology (Ecommerce + Retail)
Experience with integration platforms, i.e. Mulesoft, SAP BTP Suite preferred
Proven project and process management skillset
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management with the proven ability to communicate complex issues and the business value of solutions; ability to influence without authority; strategic thinking with business acumen; proven track record delivering complex, high-impact initiatives.
Prior leadership experience within an IT environment preferred
Experience in retail or wholesale apparel preferred
Demonstrated experience defining API-first, event-driven integration strategies with emphasis on composable solution design across an omni-channel ecosystem.
