As a Solution Specialist on the Tailored Branch Support (TBS) Team, you'll serve as a trusted partner to branch teams across the firm, helping them navigate support programs and find solutions that keep their businesses running smoothly.

    In this highly visible role, you'll be the first point of contact for branch teams seeking assistance with Tailored Branch Support programs and Field On-Call BOA resources. You'll leverage your problem-solving skills, service mindset, and operational expertise to deliver timely, accurate, and personalized support while building strong relationships across the organization.

    This role offers the opportunity to become a go-to resource for branch teams while developing deep knowledge of firm operations and support programs. You'll play a critical role in helping branches deliver exceptional service to clients, solve complex challenges, and create positive outcomes every day.

    What You'll Do

    • Serve as a trusted resource and primary point of contact for branch teams seeking support with Tailored Branch Support programs and services.
    • Deliver exceptional service by responding to inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach.
    • Analyze issues, resolve complex questions, and coordinate with business partners to deliver timely resolutions.
    • Provide guidance and education on TBS processes, programs, and available resources.
    • Support requests related to Field On-Call BOA coverage and branch support needs.
    • Identify trends and opportunities to improve processes, enhance the branch experience, and drive operational excellence.
    • Build strong relationships with branch teams and stakeholders while fostering confidence and trust through every interaction.
    • 3+ years of administrative support, client service, or related experience.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions.
    • Exceptional client service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and other business systems and technology tools.
    • Ability to quickly learn and apply new processes, systems, and complex information.
    • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
    • MUST work in either the CST or EST time zone. Can reside in any time zone.

    Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
