Job Summary:
This role focuses on leveraging enterprise technology solutions to empower nonprofit organizations. You will act as a technical expert, guiding partners through the donation lifecycle and designing impactful technology implementations. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening nonprofit operations and their ability to achieve their missions.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess nonprofit partner needs and readiness for technology adoption.
- Design and present tailored technology solutions using AI and automation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit leadership and internal teams.
- Provide valuable feedback on product enhancements for nonprofit use cases.
- Develop and share best practices and program assets for team enablement.
Must-Have Skills:- 7+ years of enterprise platform implementation or technical sales experience.
- Deep expertise with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow or similar.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Industry Experience:Experience working with nonprofit organizations, social enterprises, or mission-driven customers is highly preferred.
