Solution Consultant

Improve productivity through innovative solutions and trusted partnerships.

As a Solution Consultant, you'll help customers improve productivity, transparency, and efficiency through Hilti's software and service solutions. By spending time at customer offices and jobsites, you'll analyze business processes, uncover productivity improvement opportunities, and demonstrate how Hilti solutions can help customers work smarter and achieve better business outcomes.

You'll combine consultative selling, customer success, and business development, partnering with Account Managers and internal experts to support customers throughout the entire solution lifecycle - from initial assessment and solution design to implementation, training, and ongoing optimization.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or studies in business, engineering, economics, IT, or a related field
• Experience in sales, consulting, project management, customer success, or another customer-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence different stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities
• Interest in digital solutions, technology, and helping customers improve productivity
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a drive to deliver results
• Fluent Latvian and good English skills
• Valid Category B driver's licence
