Pay Range: $70- $90/hr
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Digital Assets to support a strategic program focused on Stablecoins and Tokenized Deposits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade digital asset solutions within financial institutions or fintech organizations. This role requires strong architectural expertise in stablecoin-based payment systems, custodial workflows, tokenized deposits, and integrations with leading digital asset platforms.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Design and architect enterprise Digital Asset solutions for stablecoins and tokenized deposits.
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for blockchain-based payment initiatives.
- Define architecture, integration patterns, and security for digital asset platforms.
- Work closely with product, engineering, business, and compliance teams.
- Design and implement custodial asset management workflows.
- Integrate enterprise applications with Digital Asset providers such as Ripple and Stablecore.
- Ensure scalability, security, and regulatory compliance of digital asset solutions.
- Create architecture documentation, technical roadmaps, and solution blueprints.
- Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and recommend enterprise adoption strategies.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of Solution Architecture experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Digital Assets.
- Expertise in Stablecoin-based Payments.
- Experience with Tokenized Deposits.
- Experience designing Custodial Asset workflows.
- Integration experience with Ripple.
- Experience with Stablecore.
- Knowledge of Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies.
- Financial Services or FinTech industry experience.
- Enterprise Architecture and Solution Design expertise.
- API and Microservices architecture.
- Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience with Solution Architecture.
- Proven experience delivering Digital Asset solutions in Banking or FinTech.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale architecture initiatives.
