    The Engineering Architect defines and governs the end-to-end technical architecture for the iCSM transformation program, ensuring that solution designs across sub-divisions are coherent, scalable, and aligned to enterprise standards with particular emphasis on how the target architecture supports Clinical Supply Chain processes.
    Must-have skills
    Strong experience in enterprise / solution architecture and systems integration on large transformation programs.
    Strong understanding of SAP landscapes and enterprise application ecosystems, including SAP S/4HANA and master data domains.
    Proven experience defining target-state architecture, integration architecture, and migration / cutover roadmaps.
    Hands-on experience of large-scale data migration, including mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and regulated data controls from legacy / SaaS into SAP.
    Working understanding of Clinical Supply Chain processes and systems (e.g. BRH, IRT, packaging
    labelling, 3PLs).
    Ability to operate across multiple workstreams / sub-divisions and reconcile competing priorities into one coherent architecture.
    Strong governance and stakeholder skills; experience with architecture review boards / technical design authorities.
    Experience collaborating with vendor delivery teams and overseeing hypercare-to-steady-state technical transition.
    Nice-to-have skills
    Industry experience in Medical Device, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing.
    Master Data Management and data governance framework design experience.
    Advanced SAP expertise, including multiple large ERP / SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
    Experience leading mock migrations, cutover rehearsals, and business continuity planning.
    Background in data-driven continuous improvement, harmonization, and technical debt management.
