A leading enterprise organization is seeking an experienced Service Applications Solution Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, governance, and ongoing evolution of its enterprise service management platform.

This is a highly visible role responsible for defining long-term platform strategy, driving modernization initiatives, establishing governance standards, and partnering with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise service solutions.

The ideal candidate combines enterprise architecture expertise with strong stakeholder management, platform governance, and technical leadership experience.

What You'll Tackle:
  • Define and own the long-term architecture and roadmap for the enterprise service management platform.
  • Lead platform modernization initiatives across multiple service management capabilities.
  • Design scalable solution architectures and enterprise application integrations.
  • Establish platform governance, development standards, and best practices.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technology solutions.
  • Evaluate new platform capabilities and recommend enhancements that improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving application teams, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage implementation partners, third-party vendors, and platform upgrades.
  • Ensure platform stability, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Drive automation, process improvement, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
  • Extensive experience leading enterprise service management platform architecture and strategy.
  • Deep knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
  • Experience designing enterprise application integrations and solution architectures.
  • Strong understanding of platform governance, SDLC, and application lifecycle management.
  • Experience leading enterprise implementation and modernization initiatives.
  • Strong vendor management and third-party relationship experience.
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence technology strategy across multiple business functions.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Experience supporting highly regulated industries.
  • Enterprise architecture certifications.
  • Service management platform certifications.
  • ITIL, PMP, or similar project management certifications.
  • Experience with cloud-based enterprise platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to compliance, audit, or governance programs within large enterprise environments.
