The City of Leavenworth is seeking qualified, motivated applicants to perform a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled work and operate a variety of equipment in the collection of solid waste.
Minimum Qualifications
• Graduation from High School or GED equivalent must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire. • Must have a minimum of six months of experience performing physical labor duties. • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed to complete a 40-hour workweek. • Possess a current valid drivers license at time of application and maintain for duration of employment and meet insurability standards under the fleet insurance policy. • Must have or obtain a CDL license within one year of employment and maintain for duration of employment.
Starting Salary $35,717 plus excellent benefit package.
