HTI is hiring Assembly Operators at Solero Technologies in Water Valley, MS. These are temp-to-hire manufacturing roles with consistent schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime.
What You’ll Do
As an Assembly Operator, you will:
- Assemble products and components by following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Operate basic production and assembly equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work area
- Complete other duties as assigned
Schedule & Pay
1st Shift — $12.50–$12.75/hr
2nd Shift — $13.20–$13.45/hr
3rd Shift — $13.50–$13.75/hr
Requirements
- Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and stable work history
- Must be able to understand and respond to visual/audible notifications unless otherwise stated by the client
