Responsibilities: of the Solaris & Linux System Administrator include: · Manage and support Solaris and Linux operating systems in a production environment. · Administer enterprise backup and recovery solutions and storage technologies. · Perform system patching, package management, and vulnerability remediation. · Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and implement proactive system improvements. · Maintain technical documentation and support compliance requirements. Qualifications: for the Solaris & Linux System Administrator include: · 3+ years of Solaris administration experience. · 3+ years of Linux systems administration experience. · Experience supporting enterprise storage platforms and backup solutions. · Knowledge of vulnerability management and system hardening best practices. · Active CompTIA Security+ certification and TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
