Overview:

Full-Time | W2 | Base Pay + Uncapped Commission
Location: Bronx, NY
Monday–Friday starting at 11am in our Bronx office

What you'll earn:
• Guaranteed weekly base pay
• $300/KW commission
• $50/KW leadership override
• $50/KW vesting opportunity
• $500 monthly vehicle stipend
• Additional performance bonuses
• $160K+ annual OTE
• Top performers earn $3,000–$5,000+ per week.

Responsibilities:

What you'll do:
• Sell solar systems and guide homeowners from the first knock to the day glass goes on their roof
• Earn trust fast and present proposals like a pro
• Keep your pipeline clean.
• Ask the right questions at the right time
