The Role
As a Solar Sales Consultant (Closer), your only job is to close qualified appointments set by our field team.
You will:
- Run pre-set, qualified homeowner appointments
- Present solar solutions clearly and professionally
- Build trust and guide homeowners through the decision
- Close contracts and submit clean deals
- Follow Housebuildr sales process and documentation standards
No cold knocking. No lead chasing. Just selling.
Who This Is For
This role is for someone who:
- Has in-home or high-ticket sales experience
- Is confident running appointments solo
- Can follow a structured sales process
- Is coachable and accountable
- Wants uncapped income and leadership opportunity
Solar experience is a plus — sales skill matters more.
Training & Support
- Proven in-home solar presentation
- Ongoing sales coaching and deal support
- Admin and ops support post-sale
- Clear path into Team Lead or Market Director roles
Earnings
