Job Description:
Solar Project Manager
Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite)
Role Overview
This position supports the overall management of assigned solar projects, ensuring compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals. The role involves managing multiple projects through the early-stage process in preparation for turnover to the construction team. This position will engage with a wide variety of stakeholders and requires independent management to deliver technically feasible and financially viable projects.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Education: An Associates degree in Engineering, Project Management, Land Surveying, or a related field is required.
Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in managing project execution, including vendor and contractor coordination. Experience in the construction or renewables industry is needed.
Technical Skills: Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet. Familiarity with Word is required.

Work Environment
This is an office-based role that can incorporate travel to project sites as required, up to 25%. Driving will be a required part of position duties. A valid, non-restricted drivers license must be maintained.
