Position Overview

V24 Works is hiring Solar Field Technicians and Field Technician Helpers for a solar project in the Ben Davis area.

We are hiring candidates at multiple experience levels. You do not need to be a licensed electrician. If you are dependable, handy with tools, organized, safety-conscious, and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Assist with solar field installation and maintenance work
• Perform electrical or general field support based on experience
• Safely use hand and power tools
• Keep tools, materials, and work areas organized
• Follow instructions from the project foreman
• Complete assigned work safely and efficiently
• Clock in/out as instructed by the contractor foreman
• Complete a daily work log documenting progress
• Take progress photos as required
• Follow all job-site safety procedures
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Requirements

Candidates must be dependable, punctual, organized, responsible, comfortable working with tools, able to follow instructions, and ready to work.

Electrical, construction, solar, maintenance, mechanical, or skilled-trade experience will determine the appropriate position and starting pay.
