Test Case Preparation
Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
Ensure test coverage for all functional requirements.
Perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance support.
Execute test cases and record results accurately.
Identify and report defects clearly.
Log and track bugs in defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Open Project).
Work with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
Re-test resolved defects and verify fixes.
Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to clarify requirements.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA reviews.
Provide feedback to improve system quality and usability.
Maintain test documentation, defect reports, and testing results.
Prepare test summary reports for stakeholders.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
Validate that releases meet quality standards before deployment.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in testing.
Experience in testing methodologies.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong attention to detail.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
