Title: Software Support Engineer - Mandarin Speaking
Location: Dallas, TX
Position Type: Full-Time Direct Hire
Salary: $80,000–$105,000 per year + bonus

This role offers a strong mix of customer-facing technical support, software implementation, system integration, troubleshooting, and training. Rather than being limited to a traditional help-desk environment, you'll have the opportunity to travel to customer facilities, install and configure software, troubleshoot systems in the field, lead technical projects, and train users on specialized software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support by phone and email for proprietary software applications.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, networking, and system-level issues affecting software performance.
- Install, configure, and support software solutions at customer locations.
- Assist customers with network configuration, system integration, and basic IT administration.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues both remotely and on-site.
- Conduct customer training sessions both on-site and in classroom environments.
- Set up and maintain Windows servers and database environments as needed.
- Collaborate on and lead technical projects involving software, systems, and infrastructure.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices to improve support efficiency.
- Manage multiple support requests, prioritize effectively, and follow issues through resolution.
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach during all customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and customers to identify and implement effective technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong experience supporting Windows environments, including Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and basic infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Previous experience in technical support or another customer-facing technical role.
- Must be able to travel within Texas up to 50%
- Must be able to speak Mandarin
