    Job Title: Software Solution Architect II (C3) – Solution Governance
    Location: Atlanta, GA / Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
    Role Type: Discovery Track – Solution Governance

    Role Summary
    The Software Solution Architect II will own the overall solution governance for the CXI Discovery program by defining target architecture, integration strategy, future-state roadmaps, and ensuring solution consistency across multiple workstreams. This role will provide executive-level architecture recommendations and guide modernization initiatives across business and technology domains.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Define and govern the target-state architecture across CXI platform, Claims, G&A, Agentic AI, and Analytics tracks.
    • Lead architecture review sessions to align current-state assessments, integration needs, and future-state recommendations.
    • Develop enterprise integration strategies, API frameworks, data flow patterns, and modernization roadmaps.
    • Identify architectural risks, dependencies, constraints, and governance decisions requiring client alignment.
    • Translate discovery findings into practical solution options and executive-ready recommendations.
    • Establish architecture standards and ensure consistency across all discovery workstreams.

    Required Qualifications
    • 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.
    • Strong Healthcare domain experience is mandatory.
    • Experience in Healthcare Payer, Claims, Member Experience, G&A, Audit, or Regulatory workflows is highly preferred.
    • Expertise in enterprise platforms, integration architecture, APIs, cloud-native solutions, and distributed systems.
    • Hands-on experience with Java, Python, React, and Spring Boot.
    • Experience conducting application assessments and technical discovery workshops.
    • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, AI/ML solution architectures, and intelligent automation platforms.
    • TOGAF Certification.
    • AWS Solutions Architect Certification and/or Azure Architect Certification.
    • Experience creating enterprise modernization roadmaps.
