Job Overview:
Pay Range: $60.00hr - $65.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 10+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
- Healthcare domain experience is required, with healthcare payer, claims, member experience, G&A, audit, or regulatory workflow exposure preferred based on track assignment.
- Experience with enterprise platforms, integration patterns, APIs, cloud architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, React, and Spring Boot is required for technical Client, application assessment, and solution validation activities.
Responsibilities:
- Owns overall solution governance for CXI Client by defining target architecture direction, integration strategy, future-state roadmap, and cross-track solution consistency.
- Define and govern target-state architecture across CXI platform, claims, G&A, and agentic AI/analytics tracks.
- Lead architecture reviews to align current-state findings, integration needs, and future-state recommendations.
- Develop cross-track integration patterns, API/data flow considerations, and modernization roadmap inputs.
- Identify architectural risks, dependencies, constraints, and governance decisions requiring client alignment.
- Translate Client findings into pragmatic solution options and executive-ready recommendations.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with agentic framework development, AI, and machine learning solution patterns is preferred.
- TOGAF, Azure/AWS Architect, or equivalent certification preferred.
