Domain Expertise: Oracle eBiz Oracle Fusion Applications preferably in Manufacturing Domain. Also Service Delivery experience.
Role Overview:
- As a Software Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and operational excellence of Oracle-based enterprise applications.
- It will have other ERP on iSeries Platform that you have to lead.
- You will lead service operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive management of incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience managing Oracle eBiz or Oracle Fusion environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in incident, problem, and change management.
- Familiarity with software security practices and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and recommend effective solutions.
- Experience in driving continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
