** This is a hybrid position; candidates must be able to commute to our office in North Andover, MA two days weekly **

As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will provide support for clawOS by interfacing directly with the PanelClaw sales team, applications engineers and technical designers, as well as the Product Owner, in-house, and 3rd party software developers to resolve complex technical issues.

What You'll Do:

This position serves as a software tester within the software QA(Quality Assurance) team.

  • Participation in test planning, designing and estimation
  • Assists with analyzing test requirements and preparing for test execution
  • Performs testing assignments against test strategy
  • Uses of Agentic AI to generate, perform, debug, document, report and analyze the full STLC
  • Works with Agentic AI workflows through management and orchestration
  • Executes manual functional and regression tests
  • Performs testing assignments assigned by test leads/manager.
  • Collaboration with development team; ability to work with development team comfortably and under pressure
  • Report and track defects
  • Identifies, records, documents and tracks bugs until closure
  • Perform regular Quality Assurance (QA) activities including: direct support to developers, verifying release candidates through multiple phases of testing and communicating all findings to stakeholders in real time
  • Assist with upkeep of software related items (e.g. clawOS assets/data, internal Excel/AutoCAD templates, Helper tools, Block libraries, etc.)
  • Assist with upkeep of customer service-related documentation, training material, FAQs etc
  • Maintains good relationships with cross functional teams as the testing material, FAQs etc
  • Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

What You'll Bring:

  • BA/BS in computer science, information technology or related area (preferably technical design or software development)
  • Experience in the areas of formal system and functional software testing within an SDLC/software development environment.
  • Skilled in documentation reviewing and evaluating process & work products against quality criteria or requirements.
  • Skilled in analyzing and reviewing requirements to understand system/software functionality.
  • Experience working with AI models and systems, both Agentic and non-agentic
  • Knowledge of Agentic QA/QC AI solutions
  • Familiarity with formal software testing types and concepts
  • Knowledge of Git protocols and repo process, plus commercial building codes and standards
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong project and people management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Motivated self-starter and fast learner
  • Advanced problem-solving skills; ability to multi-task within a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $70,000 -$80,000, if located in Massachusetts market. In addition to base salary, Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope you'll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.
