Software Quality Assurance Analyst -- Financial ERP

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)

Length: PERM/direct hire

Salary: 80-100K

• Must work on W2 basis, no C2C

Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise ERP transformation initiative. This role is responsible for supporting testing efforts with financial ERP platforms and associated business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate ERP business processes and financial workflows across integrated systems.
• Perform functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.
• Support testing of ERP integrations, data conversions, and downstream system interfaces.
• Collaborate with automation teams to support and resolve issues with automated testing efforts.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Software QA Testing
• Experience supporting testing efforts around a Financial ERP (Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S/4 Hana, Workday Financial Management, MS Dynamics 365)

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of experience testing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP specifically.
• Experience with major ERP platforms such as NetSuite, PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, or Infor.
• Experience testing complex ERP integrations involving finance, accounting, procurement, or payment systems.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply-chain development environments.
